LOGAN, Utah (ABC 4 News) A burglary suspect has a history of targeting college students all over Utah. Aaron Foote was arrested Thursday morning by Logan police. Authorities say Foote may be responsible for at least two dozen burglaries at off campus student housing near Utah State University.
